Anime and Manga differences
This is already deep into the point in which the Anime deviates from the Manga. In the Manga, Clare fully awakens only to defeat Rigardo for how taxing and formidable he really was. Priscilla indeed does appear in the north along with Isley and they do find Raki. He accompanies them (especially her) for the subsequent 7 years. Clare and Priscilla battle each other at the end of the manga which was near Rabona.
